Éppen ilyesmire gondoltam!

Már "csak" a többi, amatőr méretű műszerekkel még látható kisbolygó és üstökös (főként periodikus) hiányzik, meg a fényesebb, látványosabb mélyég cuccok, meg minden egyéb megfigyelő csillagászati felfedezés, akár rádió tartomáynú is (pl. Penzias és Wilson rádiózaj-mérése).
(De lehet, hogy ezek is össze vannak így időrendbe szedve valahol?)
Egy kronológiai kiadványt mindez talán megérne (pl. "A megfigyelő csillagászat kronológiája" címmel).

Most már rákeresek én is...

Új törpebolygószerű égitestet fedeztek fel a csillagászok a Plútó pályáján túl:

Gondoltam, ráfotózom egyet én is otthonról, ezért kerestem a pozícióját, de sehol sem írják a neten.
Azután a SkyTools-ban is rákerestem, de abban sincs, pedig ott eddig még mindent megtaláltam.

Kezdett gyanús lenni a dolog, így újból elolvastam a cikket, és kiderült, hogy egy 4 méteres távcsővel szúrták ki, így az én 16cm-es törpe cuccom nem valószínű, hogy mutatna bármit is.

Azért utána néztem a neten: vörösben 23m körül van, és ott a legfényesebb:

Sajnos esélytelen; számomra 19-20m körül vége van az univerzumnak...
Talán Piszkésről érdemes lehet próbálkozni az 1m-essel.

A Plútó az belefér a láthatósági tartományodba ?

Én is először azt kerestem a cikkben, mivel észlelték. Hát 4m-essel...
Az ilyen távoli ojjektumok kívül maradnak az észlelő amatőrök szkópján...
A Plútó engem is érdekelne. Észlelhető-e?

Igen, a Plútó bőven belefér a 16cm-es távcsövem fotografikus HMG-jébe, ami 20m körül van (de 85% fölötti kvantum-hatásfokú érzékelővel), a vizuális pedig 14m körül - azaz okulárral határeset. De nagyobb kukkerrel vizuálisan is bejöhet.

Viszont még csak késő hajnalban jön fel, mivel a Sgr-ben van, de májustól már kereshető lesz.
Jelenleg 14.1m, nyárra 14.0-ra fog "fényesedni".

Ha valaki kér pozíciót akkorra, tudok számolni efemerist, és keresőtérképet is nyomtathatok majd.
